Who We Are

• Michael Berman has been a lawyer for 26 years, previously qualified in Ontario and currently in British Columbia.  He is a graduate of Osgood Hall Law School and an undergraduate of the University of Toronto.  Mr. Berman has worked in general practice for 26 years in Ontario and British Columbia, 12 of those years have been almost exclusively in family law in British Columbia.  He has also worked for a year with the BC Law Reform Commission. 

• Dayna Day:   Full-time legal assistant who has been at the practice for a year.

• Rachel Day:  Part-time legal assistant who is a recent member of staff.

The practice is restricted to family law and is carried out in the City of Courtenay, British Columbia (mid way on Vancouver Island).  However, we can assist individuals throughout British Columbia.
